They start out 75 feet away from each other.

Spider-Man. Ozai is not going to react to Spider-Man's speed and agility.

Spidey can either (1) web him before he has time to react (2) hit him before he has time to react.

hed burn throgh the web, he can shoot fire out of his mouth hands and feet oh and there preaty far away starting, SM isnt fast enogh to hit him befor he can react

75 feet is... what, 25 meters? I can run 25 meters in a few seconds, and I'm obviously not as fast as Spider-Man. He stomps.

Well he basically does, it's just most everyone's speed is close to his that he regularly fights. Also, Spidey is bloodlusted in this fight so he is for sure speedblitzing Ozai.

@ImTheDamnBatman: hes fight electro and shocker who have a similar power set except with electricity instead of fire.they normally keep him busy.but i did just notice bloodlust so i will concede and say your right about the speed blitz thing

I believe Spiderman can go up to a high 50 - 60 mph for a short while in a straight path.I believe he has kept up with speeding cars before though i don't have scans. I think he is to strong agile and fast for Ozai.

idk, Ozia can fly and would be able to bring whole buildings down with the comet there enhancing his power. Spidey has strength and reaction time on Ozia, but how can you dodge attacks that are as wide as a city block? It think Ozia fries SM.

all im saying is that ozai can fly, SM cant web on to anything if everthing is burning, Ozai was about to take out citys with 10-20 firebenders, sooooo the most powerful one( other than iroh ) could burn the whole city blocks,

How i see it going: Spiderman runs for ozai, ozai burst into the air B4 he can get there, SM tries to web ozai then ozai burns the web and flys higher. Then ozai shoots fire at SM, but of corce he misses. eventruly SM will have no where to go and get burnd and killed.

Ozai wins in Sozin's comet. The City burns, and Spidy burns.

Idk, there are some compelling arguments for Ozai during Sozin's Comet but I still feel like Spidey will speed blitz. Especially bloodlusted. One punch from Spidey without holding back and Ozai is down for the count.

I read in the essential spider-man trade that he can leap the length of a city block. I think he can take Ozai but not without getting damaged.

Lol Probably not the best argument. But Spidey should be able to keep out his blast for a while. If Peter dosen't win, I dont think it would take seconds for Ozai to win. I gotta give it to the firelord due to comet. Because now that I look back that fight with Aang pushed him to the limit and he had to go Avatar-State to even the playing field. So I concede to Spideys defeat.

See this is how battles should be disscussed. Maturely and with reasons why A beats C. I have no problem admitting one of my favs loses a fight if the opponent they are facing is superior. In this case, Ozai is.

Sozin's comet? I was going to argue for Spider-Man, but never mind he's going to be burned to a crisp. J'ong J'ong was able to make walls of fire nearly effortlessly without Sozin's Comet, and Ozai is more powerful than he is.

No. Just no everybody. Ozai is NOT beating Spidey, Spidey one-shots him after running the 75 feet in about half a second, nothing Ozai is really going to react to.

If the distance was greater I'd say Ozai, 75 feet gives Peter enough room to close in before Ozai burns everything up too quickly.

Even then it's a little iffy.

People are underestimating Parker here. The dude is a class 10, bordering on precognition in reactivity, incredibly flexible, fast metahuman

And that's at his absolute base...

Spidey would find a way to win, since it only takes one blow to kill Ozai. Avatar characters don't possess nearly enough durability to deal with even one serious punch from someone in Spidey's weight class. It's that simple.

Peter has taken down far tougher beings than Ozai, and has done it on a regular basis for a long, long time.

EDIT: Parker doesn't even need to close the distance. He shoots webbing right onto Ozai's chest and yanks. Really hard. The whiplash alone of getting yanked around by a man who can lift 20,000 pounds above his head would give Ozai some serious problems. If he wants, Peter could just pull Ozai towards him and send his head flying into the next county before Ozai could really burn everything around him.
