Spider-man vs. Machine man

Both are at 10 ton strength level. MM is on a mission in NY and shaking someone down for info in an alley when Spidey shows up and doesn't like how MM is acting on his turf.

Fight goes until one can't fight anymore but not to death.

I love both characters and can't decide who has the advantage. Sense Machine man is an android and can calculate probability of what Spidey will do next and Spidey has his spider-sense it is very difficult for me to choose a winner. I can't wait to read the responses.

Spiderman. He is faster, more agile and his Spider Sense should help him dodge Machine man`s attacks.

I have leaned towards Spidey but people here bring ups points that I don't always think of.

They already fought in Marvel Team-Up #99 and Aaron pretty definitively beat him (in Strength section) while in his more primitive incarnation and holding back. Pete gets pretty much manhandled, arguable lock-tier thread given Machine Man's upgrades in recent years.
