Loki was a punching bag in the avengers, every member put a beating on him. Spiderman webbs him up.

Spiderman wins, he was taking hits from a fully powered Electro in ASM2 and was still able to KO Green Goblin afterwards.

@razul Knocking out Harry isn't really a feat for Peter. Harry's only feat is being able to fight Peter. Peter knocking him out isn't really a feat as we don't know how durable he was.

@patrat18: Silly way to a gauge a fight. So what if Hulk, someone whom would destroy Spider-Man beat Loki? Cap only got a few punches in abs was going to lose. Iron Man would destroy Spider-Man, and all he ever did was blast Loki once. Black Widow never had a straight up with him.

He just illusions himself as Odin and that's it,the Odinforce is obtained through a trial not just randomly obtained.

and in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, whoever holds Gungnir has the Odinforce. (not literally holds, but wields)

Are you guys crazy? Loki stomps. He took a beating from hulk and only had some scratches. He fought Thor evenly for a while until Thor used Mjolnir. He whooped captain america. He cab teleport and use astral projection. He stronger and more durable than Spidey. Loki stomps

Loki went toe to toe with Thor in the first Thor movie when he had Gungnir, that's all in itself pretty impressive.

Also, the Destroyer is directly connected to Gungnir, as whoever holds it can command it.

Directly from the script (Gungnir feats)

Gungnir. Its aim is true, its power strong. With it I have defended Asgard and the lives of the innocent across the Nine Realms since the time of the Great Beginning. And though the day has come for a new King to wield his own weapon -- that duty remains the same.

Loki inserts Gungnir into the Observatory's control panel and opens the Bifrost. He gestures, and the veiled DESTROYER appears before him, a fiery glow rising within it. It turns its head toward its King.

Loki suddenly raises Gungnir, FIRES it point-blank at Thor. Thor goes flying backwards, SMASHING through the chamber walls, into... 

Thor hurries to the ice, raises his hammer to SMASH through it to get to the controls frozen within. Before he can, Loki fires Gungnir. The blast hits the ice in front of Thor, blasting him back across the floor. Loki steps down from the ice as Thor staggers to his feet.

Loki spins around, aims Gungnir, and fires a blast which immobilizes Thor in the air. He hangs there, suspended.

With a gesture of Gungnir, he flings Thor to the ground.

Loki fires Gungnir, sending Thor sliding across the floor and knocking Mjolnir from his hand.

Thor whirls around as Loki STABS him in the chest with Gungnir. Loki lifts Thor into the air, impaled on the spear, and hurls him across the bridge.

Pretty dam good feats considering Thor was taking hits from the Destroyer, Hulk, and Malekith powered by one of Power (Infinity) Gems.

I remember a similar thread where it was just ASM1 vs Loki and people were actually trying to make an argument for Spider Man.

Stalemate, no way is Loki tagging Spidey, but Spidey can't ko him, he tanked getting slung around by the Hulk and was still concious. Webbing won't work he'll just rip it off.

Loki was Bulletproof, tanked a massive explosive arrow from Hawkeye, and took a prolonged beating from Hulk with only a few scratches. He is more durable, by quite a distance.

The way he was sending random Shield agents flying, and the how he was able to out-muscle Captain America probably means that his strength is near Peter's as well.

Peter is faster, but I don't think he's going to land enough blows on Loki to wear him down, while the reverse won't be true of Peter, and this is without bringing in Loki's magical abilities into the fray too...

Wait....... Oh no, God no. Peter's mind state in the fight..... it's.....

Spider-man hits harder than captain america and is 10x 10x 10x faster.

I suggest you see ASM2 before jumping to conclusions that ultimately in themselves have no weight



Spiderman feats in ASM2 -

Tanked blasts from electro that were leveling the entire city of New york and frying people to dust.
kept up with someone who could teleport while being in the middle of one giant electric conductor.
Stopped a car from flying in mid air and flips it with 1 arm,easy no sweat.
Stopped a bus by merely pushing against it.
Avoiding bullets at point blank range.


Spider-man SPEED FEATS and REACTION FEATS detailed are the fastest thing i've seen in a comic movie just because of it's detail and quick thinking where as superman was speed blitzing in a brawl without using his brain really.


Spider-man with 1 web shooter stopped a car from hitting a crowd of people and in the same instance saved 2 different people with 1 web shooter from touching a hand rail that was surging with electricity at the time.

that all happened in what seemed to be a nano-second.

Yes, he was completely wrecked and stunned by the assault, but that was a great showing of durability for Loki.

the city was NOT leveled at ALL in the movie, and he didn't as much tank the hits, instead he took them and didnt die, big difference

keeping up with someone who teleports short distances isnt hard, i'd like to see him keep up with someone who teleports intercontinentally (not saying Loki can either, but the feat isnt that impressive)

Spidey. Yeah, Loki survived being thrashed by Hulk, but the n*gga was in a hole, immobilized for the rest of the fight, that's a TKO in my book.

The odinforce is not something you get by holding a scepter if so everyone would just try to get the scepter from him.

The odinforce is obtained by a series of sacrifices and challenges,none of which loki has accomplished.

I counted six punches/Mjolnir strikes, a kick, and then being thrown at the ground. He seemed fine after.

@wolverine08: Feats bro. Hulk in 08 lifted a 5 ton Humvee. Probably still better than anything Pete has done, but Pete comes close by feats.
