Hard to say. Do the opponents start the match in view of one another? If so, Spider-Man wins. He's faster and stronger than Jason.

If the opponents are hiding at the start, I suppose that Jason could win. I don't doubt that Jason could break Spider-Man's neck, if he were to grab him from behind.

I assume no prep or prior knowledge. Just looking at Jason, it's clear that he's not a normal human, so Spider-Man won't underestimate him. I think that Spider-Man would just immediately web Jason up, and I don't think this version of Jason has any speed feats.

I guess it comes down to which of the two is better at finding his opponent. But I think the only way Jason wins is if he totally surprises Spider-Man by grabbing him from behind, etc.
