People rely on the fact that Spider-Man has amazing reflexes which is true and we could even bring up the Argument that Spider-Man beat Iron Man in the Civil War arc by Webbing Him Up and gave Cap a pretty good fight too but I'd had to give this one to..... Iron Man & Cap

Spiderman is considered to be a team buster. He defeated the F4 back in days as well as the X-Men & The entire Avengers. Ironman & Capt are no match.
