Iron Man doesn't have to give Spider-man a false danger because he knows now how Spider-man's spider-sense works.He can pop up on Spidey anytime and Spidey wouldn't sense him.

Dude, there is no such thing as a fare fight. As i much as i hate it, Iron Man wins. However, Spider man would probably think of something to help him win the fight the next time around.

Not really.Cap's shield is a mixture of vibranium and other alloys but that doesnn't make him anywhere near able to do anything to Iron Man.Iron Man has superhuman reflexes I honestly don't think Peak physical condition is enough to even stand a chance.When Iron Man punched him...he should have died.Iron Man is class 90 in strength.
