Now I know what you're thinking, been done to death, but I checked with the mods, and they said it's okay to repeat a battle if you do it with actual terms and conditions. This battle has been done with terms and conditions, but with rather broad ones, so I'm here to make it again with real terms and conditions, so I should be in the clear here, though I know some of you will still say been done and call the mods.

Danny couldn't lay a hand on Peter in a dark room where Peter relied entirely on Spider-Sense, pre-WotS training.

That and he's faster, stronger etc.

Peter both rounds..Danny's only advantage is that he's more skilled than Peter. Take away his chi-amped striking power and speed and Spider-Man outstrips him in literally every other category.

As for round 2, I say 6/10 spidey majority, He is more versatile in the location chosen (he will benefit from the walls and climbing objects) although 1 clean shot from rand and it's over for pete

Speed is debatable. Danny is very, very fast. He has similar bullet timing feats and, IIRC, he's even caught quite a few. Strength is a clear advantage, but what about Danny's similar if not better striking power? Destroying a train, a ship, even the hellicarrier with just one punch.

Stats can be....misleading. Those things will have you believe Deadpool's stronger than Deathstroke.

There's a round where Danny has his chi. I don't think Peter stomps him in every other category.

On what do you make the claim that he's better in almost every way is what I'm asking, of course.

Striking power is where Danny holds and edge, but again, they had a fight where Danny couldn't land a hit. @jashro44 has scans

That's what the people I tagged for Iron Fist are for. Danny is near Peter in almost every category, plus he has a big lead in striking power.

Just wait till those guys get here. Then they'll be an actual argument, hopefully.

Stalement. Peter and Danny are to similar in stats.

Without chi, Danny can't really amp up any of his stats so he won't be able to even keep up with Pete, let alone fight him

With chi, it's a much closer battle. Danny can make his stats almost even with Peter's and his striking is obviously superior. I'll give it to Danny this round with much trouble

Round 1. Spiderman has it but it will be tough because Danny is much more skilled, but It's Spidey's physicals that helps him

Round 2. Iron Fist rather easy actually, he crashed a Helicarrier with one punch and have dodged lightning bolts

Basically Peter has the upper hand on iron fist despite Danny having prep, knowing the location (which Peter did not), and taking advantage of their friendship. He had to cheat to keep up with Peter. Than there is also Danny's recent statement, keep in mind this is post book of iron fist talking about pre way of the spider, spider-man:

Additionally spider-man performed better against shadowland daredevil than iron fist and shang chi combined. Shadowland also took place before Peters way of the spider training.

Round 1 goes to Peter. Danny without chi simply can't compare, and even skill won't really help considering Way of the Spider.

Round 2 is a lot closer than everyone's making it out to be. With chi, Danny has the better striking power, and his other stats are comparable. I'd still give it to Peter 6/10 though.

Spider-Man 6/10 with high difficulty.

Spider-Man might take the win for Round 1. If he uses the "Way of the Spider" fighting style, he could take down Iron Fist without chi. His "Way of the Spider" has some crazy feats like K.Oing Spider-Woman:

Round 2 could really go either way. Spider-Man can still use his "Way of the Spider" but Iron Fist has his chi which makes the match a lot closer. I think that Iron Fist has the slight edge in this battle when it comes to endurance, focus, and striking force. He might have the speed advantage but everything else is pretty much even. Since he has those advantages, I have to give him the win.
