Spider-man vs Hellboy

Hell-boy has been made mesphito's servant in the marvel universe. After being dumped by the black-cat for daredevil and a one night stand with ms marvel which left him very sore and under-emasculated (yes i know it hasn't happened- yet), He decides to go after Mary-Jane. Of course mesphito doesn't like this and sends Hell-boy to slay him. Who will prevail

Back in Black spider-man vs Hell-boy (comics)

Blood-lust on, Spider-man can't use webbing though and Hell-boy doesn't get his gun. His horns are sliced. (If you think that hell-boy clears how does he do when he has his gun with 4 shots but spidey has webbing).

Black spider-man (spider-man 3) vs Hell-boy ( 2nd movie)

Blood-lust on, Spider-man can use webbing and doesn't have that stupid emo fringe

Hell-boy has his gun with four shots.

I think that in both fight it agility and speed vs durability. Both strength levels are pretty equal for the most part. What do you think

If this weren't back in black spider-man it would be a tough fight for parker. Spider-man should wins both rounds. The 2nd one is a lot tougher imo.
