Venom is trying to be peter's partner,but he thinks he is a bad venom,so he pisses venom off by punching him in the face.

Location:Outside of the Daily Bugle

No prep and Venom can use his guns for round 2

Round 1:Morals On

Round 2:Morals Off

@darktiger: Pretty sure you already know the answer to this one. If you want to make it fair, give him his Ends of the Earth armor/weaponry.

You're assuming he's wearing the armor, yes? I tend to believe he's not unless it's stated by the OP. As we saw with the latest two issues, he's (for some reason beyond me) no longer wearing it. It was apparently just a short-term thing.

@k4tzm4n I am assuming he is without armor but with his cryo technology, since it's standard gear now. Morals will be more of a hindrance for Flash in round one than Peter (how often does that happen) as seen in their only battle so far. Peter is a better fighter now than then, and much more capable without his spider sense, and Flash is no longer capable of "Venoming out" due to the serum devised by the Sectet Hanks, unless I am mistaken. Coupled with the cryo tech, I see him winning via incapacitation.

First Round Venom. Anyone without PIS wearing the Venom suit should beat Spider-man.

Second round since Morals are Off Spider-man simply asks the symbiote to come back to him and then they both beat Flash lol.

Because Flash is superier to Peter in every aspect except intelligence. Without prep, Pete dies. I think this should have been made clear the last time these two fought.

Pitting my two favorite characters against one another....oh the agony. I think Peter takes this though, his experience with fighting symbiotes is second to none (except for maybe Eddie Brock) and he knows all their tricks and weaknesses. Flash's symbiote has been subdued via Beast's handiwork, and he is still leanring all the tricks of the suit. Spidey also has a lot more experience in using superpowers to their fullest potential, whereas Flash is still stuck using traditional military tactics and applying the suits powers to them, rather than using them to their fullest potential. In round one Flash would also be way too torn in fighting his hero Spider-Man, so Spidey takes round 1 easily in my estimation. Round 2, without the ability to Venom up and go berzerk, Flash will have some trouble with Spider-Man's experience, but I think Flash would win 6/10 times in a long hard fight.

Not to mention Flash isn't even close to using the symbiote to its full potential, Parker has superior standard gear and is a more skilled fighter, and at best is Parker's equal in speed and agility.

But it's quite easy to find something that produces a large amount of noise in New York City. Spisder-man is very intelligent and has dealt with the symbiote before, I am certain he could do it again.

I know, Spider-man has the speed advantage here (arguably). He should have tons of time to find something that produces a massive amount of heat and/or sound in New York City.
