One shot fest

I don't think he "wrecks". I think Winter Soldier and Cap can give him hell. DD & Stick are a bit out of their element. Though if Stick has his katana ... he'll definitely pick up on the fact Parker has a sixth sense (that's his M.O after all).

Keep in mind, the new series' Spider-Man is still a bit "green" behind the ears. Not too removed from the high school nerd we saw in the first film.

@comicsrulebutdbzdoes2: Spiderman's web isn't light speed, nor he himself. Can you prove that? Electricity doesn't travel at light speed, FYI.

Possibly. It was kind of hinted at that he does, yet it's too specific of TP to really be any help in battle. Stick can basically just track down people with talents like him and DD to recruit and train his warriors.

Spider-Man with moderate difficulty.

The team will have a tough time keeping up with his mobility. Wall crawling and web-swinging makes him very mobile, so he will have a choice of who and when to strike.

With his speed/power/reflex advantages, he can overwhelm any one on the team fairly quickly outside of possibly Cap/WS.

Also, no one on the team can break out his web incapacitation should he choose to use it.

Having said that, I hate to bet against Captain America. I can see a one-scenario where the team works well together and overwhelm him. But a lot of things would have to go very very right for the team, and Spidey would have to play right into their hands. Just don't see that happening more than once in a blue moon.

Spidey 8/10

Without intel on SS I don't see Cap or Bucky being able to take him out. ASM Peter Parker reflexes are just too good.
