Regardless, Pete's got the webbing and stick 'em powers, but Azazel can just keep teleporting him upwards, forcing Spidey to save himself, only to repeat until he's all out of webbing. Then the itsy bitsy spider goes splat.

Spidey could just web himself to Azazel when he makes contact to teleport him..problem solved,,than spidey just kicks his ass all day...piper an FTW

Except Azazel's (and Nightcrawler's) style of teleportation tends to disorient other people who are teleported with him. Not to mention that even if Spidey can stick to Azazel and start beating on him, what's stopping Azazel from teleporting out over open water or somewhere else Spidey has nothing to attach to?

Even if Spidey manages to knock Azazel out, Azazel isn't going to land to be nice: He's going to keep porting upwards so even if Spidey incapacitates him, they're both going splat.

If Spider-Man webs him self to Azazel,,teleporting over water won't mean a thing ,,,Azazel isn't strong enough to shake Spider-Man loose. Plus in xmen first class Azazel teleported his comrades with out incident and also beast showed that you could hang on to Azazel and it will work,he Didnt seem disoriented either,,,and Spider-Man could certainly web himself onto Azazel just fine,,if he decides to teleport to the stratosphere and just commit suicide and bring spidey with him that's not really a win..but if Spider-Man knocks him out before they hit the ground it's a short lived victory

Azazel wins. Whenever he, or Nightcrawler for that matter, teleports someone with them, that passanger becomes extremely fatigued. Theoretically, Azazel could teleport spidey with him over and over again until spidey became ill, then he would strangle him with his tail. Thats only one way Azazel would kick his trash. Another way would be to just teleport Spider-mans head off.

Apart from the fact that Azazel from the movie never teleported someone's head off, or the people he teleported never seemed fatigued...............

If Azazel has his swords, definitely Azazel. If not, Peter might win a slight majority.
