Who would win in an all out Battle?

spidey. wish he had some better movie feats showing his speed though, like maybe dodging bullets or something like that.

however he can easily take all the hits Cap puts on him, he was getting repeatedly hit by Sandman in the face against a metal bar.

Hawkeye and Black Widow had some impressive feats but Spiderman can take them as well.

@ChaosBlazer: When Parker first fought Thompson and he dodged that punch was the closest we got to his actual speed I think. I mean, he was able to do a double take before Thompson began to pull his fist back.

So with that said, Pete. He's just too fast and strong. Trick arrows or not, they've got to hit. And if you mean the arrow that took out Loki, well there was still a timer on that. I doubt Spidey's going to try and catch any arrows.

Do you realize that he has a spider sense

and

that his main rogues from the movies - Green Goblin and Hob?goblin - use trick pumpkins that can explode or stun spidey? (I remember him surviving one point blank)
