If this is Vader from the movies, the team has a pretty good chance to win. If this is Vader with EU allowed, they have zero chance.

funny force choke is all anyone can come up with, not saying Vader wouldnt win, but Spidey and Castle would be more than a formidable team for him.

@gingerpenny: Yes he is, Vader has been able to deflect a voly of blaster, has been able to throw is Lightsaber so fast it look as if it was a spinning disk,Vader has been able to move faster then average Jedi could see, he has moved so fast he looked as if he "teleported" etc. I say before you tell someone to get there "facts straight" you should gets yours straight. Vader could fling them around with TK if he wanted too:
