black panthers suit is vibrabium but i dont know if he can just keep withstanding spidermans blows and panther has a force field but he cant use it and strike at the same time panther will be tough but i think spidey is too fast for him

Either way he probably clears. Legit bullet timer in 10-40 ton class depending on who you talk to, with crazy movement speed and literally sticks to walls and ceilings. Tough.

How is panther even a challenge for him, even with the herb Panther is a 2 tonner maximum, Spidey is a 40 tonner with reflexes 20 times faster than Panther minimum. Throw in spider sense and panther doesn't stand a chance, yes he's great against other low level superhumans but Spidey, especially bloodlusted is inthe same class as Namor, the Thing, Thor and the Hulk.

No, Spider-Man is not in the same class as Namor, Thor, or Hulk. He has some inconsistent showings that at his best almost approach the Thing's level of strength, but even then that's a stretch. T'Challa is strong enough to go up against Namor, and Black Dwarf so he is easily strong enough to face off against Spider-Man. He's beaten a Skrull with the fighting skill of every top fighter in Marvel as well as having Iron Fist's chi and Luke Cage's strength and unbreakable skin. Black Panther is one of the smartest and most skilled fighters in the Marvel universe, and has energy daggers that can easily incapacitate Spider-Man.

Black Panther and Spider-Man are on the same level, and I'd give the edge to T'Challa.
