Iron Fist can damage Hulk-level opponents with his Fist. That would absolutely wreck Batman. Spider-man could kill them with a couple hits, and Shang-Chi has enough skill to hang with the Bat Family long enough to receive help.

Wow this isn't even a match team 1 is stomping so hard. BL Spider-man alone could easily kill team 2.

Spider-man or Fist solo with blood-lust. They will be performing one-hit kills like nothing.

Oh man, ouch. Team 1 blood-lusted and morals off is an absolute force to be reckoned with especially when regarding Peter's newly learned "Spider-Fu" and the fact that he physically outclasses everyone else with ease. He alone would be a suitable opponent for the Bat-family. Add on to the fact that Iron Fist is one of the best martial artists in Marvel and that Shang Chi isn't that far behind and you have quite and un-even battle.
