The Doppelganger we saw recently (before getting cut in half) had webbing sharp enough to cut through Iron Mans armor. Close fight. Leaning towards team 1 as they aren't mindless beasts.

Feats?

Well he defeated Zombie (Simon Garth). He has hall of DD's abilities and he's invisible to DD's radar sense.

I agree, DD and Spiderman will likely come up with a good battle plan, they are much smarter than team 2. The physical stats are pretty close but Team 1 with good strategy wins

Actually I think Hellspawn was the only Infinity War clone that could speak and had more than animalistic intelligence.

Nope, I take that back now that I think about it. Plenty of them talked smack to their hero counterparts.
