I think it is a real toughie! While Spiderman has great strength, speed and the powers of a spider Shao Kahn is a superhuman brute who shows no mercy! If this were a long range fight Spiderman would surely win, but at close range Shao Kahn would stomp ol' Pete, even with his black suit. Overall though, I'd agree with you that Spidey has a better chance of winning; his webs are a real nuisance!

@leonkarlen123: wow i apperciate you being one to root for shao kahn because i feel that most people always say spidey would win. i dont have anything against spidey but i feel people say he wins every battle too often
Parker without a doubt in my mind, but Shao Kahn has some interesting powers which he could use to harm him yet still don't see him winning, then again I'm not so educated on MK characters.
@badazz: Is this just MKA Shao Kahn? Or can MK Conquest feats be used too. IIRC, MKC was in the same universe as the movies...really, so was the animated show.
If this is just MKA Kahn, Spidey would win pretty handily just because Kahn lacks abilities/feats, but if all his other showings can be used (outside of the games that is), then I think it could be closer.
