Mhhh well i mite be leaning towards gamora, cause of her widely known fight skills ( knowings tons of fighting styles ) i feel could give her the win in this, but IIRC though his spidey senses and stuff are way amped than the marvel 616 universe, so i feel this could be a toss up fight. It's too close to call imo.

If Gamora is bulletproof she wins, otherwise she gets stomped fast.

If that's the case then Spider-Man has a much better chance. I don't enough about BO spider-man to make a well informed decision.

Probably Gamora. Even if you take the old feat of her throwing around a tank as a outliers she has clashed swords with Thor's Sister (I can't remember her name IIRC) and has thrown around Ronan, she should be a good deal stronger. She has some good speed feats, although not on Peter's level and she is a far better combatant and this has been expanded upon more than Peter's spec ops skill and increased precognition.
