Midnighter and Zealot in Wildstorm were pretty evenly matched with Midnighter having a slight advantage. Going by that i'd say in Round 1 team 2 wins. Due to Spider-man's morals he might hesitate to really hurt Midnighter but in Round 2 team 1 wins because Slade won't last that long against a bloodlusted Spider-man and Pete won't hesitate to help put Midnighter down permanently.

I wanna say team 1 for both, I'm excluding PIS/CIS, which as we all know is Deathstroke's claim to fame. I do believe Midnighter is biggest threat/wildcard, but I choose to believe team 1 can take it. I'm willing to listen to anyone's well thought out rebuttal.

Probably team 1. Zealot has held back midnighter before and new 52 slade doesn't have many agility or dodging feats that I can think of to compare to spider-man. Spider-man can probably web him up.
