Nah, Daredevil has shown more than once that he can get the edge on Deadpool in a fight and Spiderman is the game changer. Wolverine and Deadpool get webbed up and incapacitated.

No it's not by a long shot, Matt can easily hold his own against wade.

Tis a bit of context to this fight, Deadpool is serious at first because he thinks that's not the real Daredevil, while Deadpool is serious Matt dodges everything thrown at him(a hail of bullets.) Deadpool realized it was actually Matt and his attention was not on Daredevil when he got incapacitated/tied up.
At the very least Matt can hold his own against Deadpool, he may even be able to incapacitate him but for a good while, and he will have the edge in their fight but if Deadpool wins it will be completely due to healing. I am curious as to how nerve strikes would work on Deadpool, he would most likely heal, Elektra once held down a pressure point on Wolverine(with her sais) and it was stated that as long as the pressure point is held down it remains effective, but once let go Wolverine would heal.
Matt's nerve strikes are pretty OP though so I think it would take Deadpool some time to recover from them, not much time but it would be enough time for DD to do something.
The outcome of Matt and Deadpool does not really matter in this fight, Spider man will seal the win for team 1. Incapacitation via webbing.
