Yup, I'm agreeing with you. Spider~man 2099 wins this. His senses, speed, agility and healing factor is higher than Venom's. He (Spider~man 2099) can also dodge bullets easily.

you're forgetting that venom is the superior to pretty much every spiderman ener known to men?

I'm going to venom besides, his feats are no joke, the shapeshifting abilities he has, that's hard core XD

not to mention that he doesn't have a spider sense, flash (alengently) does as well as a demon that can use the simbiote way better than he does and his healing factor is way better than SM99, I mean he got shot in the haed and he spit the butllet
