Technology
Spider-Costume made of unstable (indestructible) molecules with guilded tips which allow for wall crawling and Air Foil for Gliding.
Web Shooters capable of firing webbing with approximately 2.3x the tensile strength of steel.
Samus
Chozo Power Suit: Contains Primary Life Systems + An Oxygen tank which allows her to breath in space and underwater and can also be equipped with Ice Beams, Flamethrowers and Rockets. It also augments her strength which is sufficient enough to damage concrete walls. It's telepathically powered and also allows her to Morph into a ball and move at incredibly high speed.
Zero Suit (Fight 2): Gives her super human agility sufficient enough avoid several projectiles at once.
Electrolysyer (Fight 2): A Power Whip which allows her to hit enemies with high energy waves.
NOTE: Just also want to point out that Samus suit has never had the power to blow up a planet (that ability belongs to her highly overpowered ship).
The Setting: 2099, NY. Samus Aran has been hired by a mysterious benefactor to hunt down the vigilante known Spider-Man 2099. She has been given a brief summation of his powers. Miguel is aware that someone is after him and little more than that. Who wins and why?
