I THINK he's trying to argue that Peter Parker beat a Deathstroke rip-off, so a Spider-Man rip-off(for lack of a better term) will beat Deathstroke. At least that's what I got from it.
Deathstroke spidey 2099's lack of. Spider sense is a huge factor when factoring in Slades prep,while there only time I remember Miguel actually utilizing prep was when he battled the venom symbiote,so he's not actually a master with it,while Slade's consistently shown he is. And his claws and fangs are negated due to the promethium element in his armor would mostly make the fangs and claws useless,especially in close combat given Deathstroke would be geared for a kill,and once again lack of spider sense or any proper combat training makes him little of a threat to Slade.
