Cassandra Cain. Spider-Man can't hit anyone due to network censorship and Marvel animators suck so bad they'll loop the animation. Also the voice director will make Spider-man say something hammy.

This cartoon is nowhere near as accurate as most people claim it is. The only powerful thing about that version spidey was his black suit. 90's was almost chocked to death by the Kingpin and due to crappy animation couldn't throw a punch to save his life.

@nightwing91: There were some exceptions like him punching through black holes during his fight with the Spot. In this case all he could do is punch Cassandra's batrangs. I know useless.
