You know what I'm tired of people saying how spidey could beat Batman. I recently read the Civil War comic where Captain America decisively beat the crap out of spidey. And get this, spidey was wearing his Iron Spider suit, which made him a hell of a lot more stronger, faster, and gave him a ton of new tech abilities.

Batman > or = Captain America

Captain America > Spiderman

Batman > Spiderman

Pre 52 Batman was able to build his own bat calling device in Year One. He also cured Poison Ivy as Bruce Wayne.
