probably the power cosmic in truth you dont need speed once you have the power cosmic you can manipulate matter and project pure energy, would make crapy comic books in noone with the power cosmic threw punches and all that tho.

speed force is cool and gives alot speed related power but even a little cosmic(herald) power can allow you to do alot more and even equal speed or faster(runner)
