Dormammu has fought Eternity before...But Eternity simply allowed him to believe he had the upper hand...Now, I really don't know about this. I side with Spectre, unless proven otherwise. Also, is this unbound, or a host supported Spectre?

hmmmmm hard to say, unbound might be over kill but host might be to little in power.......................................lets say this is a 75% power spectre but is unbound.

hmmm well eternity is also the universe itself and is a aspect of the cosmic wheel, i am not sure if spectre even being the wrath of god can take down the body in what god has put the universe

I hate when this is broughten up. 
 
There was a cosmic shift in eternity allowing most of the impossible to happen Dormmamu also used his considerably more powerful Umar to do most of the bidding..Also in that comic The editor of the book makes fun of the writer for letting that happen.

Spectre is more jobber than Eternity because he's usually seen in just about every Superman comic there is. That would be like Eternity showing up in every Wolverine comic.
