Spectre best feats are: Defeating Emperor Joker (An amped Joker, with Parallax, if I'm not wrong Emperor Joker could defeat Mxy, another powerful RW); Defeating Shazam in The Rock of Eternity; Defeating Nabu; Defeating Neron; Freezing Hell; Stalemating COIE Anti Monitor; Being able to recreate things; Being able to erase people from existence.

He wins.

@jas0: He has more too, he was literally at one point one with Presence/God all powerful, and I seem to remember him literally holding two universes/multiverse of DCU together too in one story.

He did not defeat Emperor Joker, in fact he got stomped by him but Hal at that time was extremely new to being the Spectre and was much lower than a normal powered Spectre. What Spectre beat was a Jokerized version of Zero Hour Parallax that was unwittingly created by him when he failed to enter Joker's mind (PIS I know)

It was two universes and he was struggling but I believe why he struggled can be explained by this scan.

In that comic, heroes from Earth 2 crossed with heroes from Earth X and the universes again began a destructive merge that would lead into the obliteration of both.

Still a great feat since Spectre is displaying a universal+ despite being under great power pressure from the Presence!

@jas0: Spectre never defeated Emperor Joker lol. In fact, EJ wrecked him and kept him in a bird cage. In the Spectre vs COIE Anti Monitor fight AM was getting the upper hand. It wasn't a stalemate.

@drsheldoncooper: I was worng about Emperor Joker, but the fight agaisnt COIE Anti Monitor was a stalemate, afterwards Anti Monitor was fine and Spectre was really wounded, but they did stalemated each other, I'm almost sure.

@d3athstroke: What makes you think he was inside the multiverse? CK is an small aspect of oblivion and oblivion is below living tribunal. Did living tribunal even show up during the serie? If he did what makes you think it wasn't an M-Body.

@skyroid: CK is not a "small" aspect of Oblivion, he is actually an aspect of Eternity, that was why eternity couldn't do anything to stop Chaos King. CK destroyed skyfather pantheons like Legos and crushed hell dimensions (which includes Surtur, Mephisto, Dormammu) and made Death herself run away.

Here are the reasons why LT didn't fight the Chaos King.

1.Athena stated in Chaos War#4 that even if the Chaos King succeeded in his mission to end all things, another creation event will happen.Hence Athena's own words "existence can try again and get it right this time!"Because of those reasons, LT would have a reason not to intervene.

2.The fact the Chaos King is Eternity's dark half earns him a place in Living Tribunal's faces.And if Living Tribunal fights the Chaos King, he ends up slapping one of his faces in the process.

3.Living Tribunal's faces must agree on a verdict.We already know Eternity's verdict.Infinity's verdict would be the same as Eternity.Death would probably vote on moving against the Chaos King.Oblivion's verdict would be the same as Eternity.Galactus is already obvious.So its fairly obvious LT wouldn't intervene to stop the Chaos King.This would earn CK a sort of diplomatic immunity.Or is it a Multiversal Immunity?Meaning LT can't arrest CK.

Although I will say LT would beat CK.

This is basically true... in general, LT will not fight abstracts because they are simply performing their designated function. Rather, you can say he intervenes when outside entities disrupt these natural functions.

the chaos king is no where near LT in power he's an aspect of oblivion and LT is Above Oblivion

IIRC,an incomplete I.G. is capable of no selling the Ultimate Nullifier and merge realities.
