Spectre & Cyttorak vs. Thanos & The Stranger

Battles to the death. Both teams have major heavy hitters. Thanos has the Power Gem.
 
Which team wins?

Team 1, but they must take out Thanos quickly.
Even if Stranger is in Cyttorak's level, Spectre is higher being and should be able to take Thanos soul. I've heard that Spectre doesn't have too good TP, so it could be a problem. If Thanos will be able to attack he will use all energy from universe to end this battle. Everything depends on his magical defence. I think that Death is protectng him some way, so it would be another problem for team 1.

Interesting. Sounds like more opinions are needed.

People on CV think that Spectre is more powerful than Galactus.... I think otherwise. Here however, he should solo.

Spectre solos the sh!t out of them.

Stranger is a non-factor, and Thanos is so utterly inferior that he's pretty much the same.

I thought spectre wasn't really affected by physical attacks. I'm not sure about this but someone posted scans for this when he was fighting some dude who claimed to be carrying out God's will by killing gay people. Again I'm not sure about this so someone should correct me.
