Dr. Doom with prep

@zeezee123: Doom has stated his inability to beat Ultron, especially a current or (Dog Forbid) Composite Ultron. In addition, Ultron is a ridiculously powerful technopath, so goodbye Doom. I would say though, that the strongest person he could beat is Kang with prep, who is Dooms superior.

Thanos.

While I give the majority to Thanos, Ultron should be able to beat him in some occasions.

Which Ultron?

@thor_parker82: In that case I'll go Cyborg Superman. He's the only character I can imagine technopathically overpowering Ultron. Aside from him, the biggest hurdle is putting Ultron down for good. I'd say Composite Fastbak could do it, as he has both the Speed-Force necessary to keep a body transferral from happening, and the means to take down the Vibranium-Adamantium body.
