Etrigan is a tough dude. I'd put him above most high tiers, including people like Thor and Wonder Woman. I'd put him below the more versatile opponents like Martian Manhunter though. His strength is enough to lift planets and go toe to toe with Lobo. He has spells that can do just about anything, and his Hellfire has burnt Skyfathers. His durability is enough to survive blasts from beings who one shotted Captain Marvel and Superman. His speed is less impressive, but he can still ensnare faster opponents with his spells. I'd say the strongest he can beat is possibly Kyle Rayner or Captain Marvel.

1-Morals On - Should be Superman or Lobo

2-Morals Off - Should be above Superman and Lobo, I'd say Thor, maybe.

3-Bloodlusted - He'll start to use spells in this one, he gets a lot more dangerous and he'll get way more trickier (On DoJ, he literally did a brief Chaos in DC, and could lower Neron's demon ranking), if he uses all his power he should be close to Skyfather level, by some feats. I'd say Swamp Thing/Zarathos is the strongest character he can beat).

Wonder Woman or Superman at best.

Wonder Woman stalemated him before.

@somayareece: Etrigan had the upper hand in all their fights, one he was controlled by Morgana Le Fay and PS had to turn Etrigan to Jason Blood. The other he was just trying to kiss her, and she was severely wounded, and had to turn him to Jason Blood again. And the last one he one shots both WW and Artemis (the one who could hurt Neron).
