SPBCB? #1 Michelangelo

Welcome to a new series I call: SPBCB? (Strongest Person Blank Can Beat?) These is your basic Strongest Person Someone Can Beat battles, just put into a series. Also I'll be using Composite/Obscure characters in these, too.

Another thing that will make this special, is that you will be suggesting characters as well! You can post a suggestion in the comment, and it may just be the next battle (you'll be tagged and credited in the OP).

For the first battle, lets take Michelangelo from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
