WIthout prep, the IG, Cosmic Cube, and any other weapons Spawn pounds Thanos. The same would go if we went up against Ghost Rider. With the demon in control Thanos's only answer would be throwing a fit as he can't damage the Spirit of Vengeance, and continues to get owned.

I was talking about the same setting for Thanos against the current Ghost Rider. Let me further add Divine Spawn would curbstomp Thanos with no problem.
yeah but spawn wouldnt even let him get that close he is able to make force fields and can absorb cosmic he would use his teleporting powers and would be so quick thanos has intellect so he would give spawn a tough time but he would figure a way out of it
Current Spawn would get killed by Thanos. Spawn doesnt have his Divine Powers anymore and I dont think his magic would totally overpower The Mad Titan in any way at his current level... plus as I have said before. Violator made it clear that Spawn's durability is suspect now... and Thanos has the strength to own guys like Thor and Hulk physically...
