I will role with Spawn and by regular levels i am guessing you mean with the meter (9999). Spawns magic is too much if Al doesn't care about going to hell.

Well Doc Solar did too in his previews run...even did it with a multiverse;and that Solar vs the most powerful spawn would win;just like the Dark Horse Solar takes normal spawn.
if he's this powerful, i'm surprised i've never heard of Solar.
anyways man, Spawn comics wer the first comics i started reading. they got me into the entire comics scene, and am still a fan, so i gotta stick where my loyalty is man. wouldnt it be a stalemate if their both this powerful? Spawn is god powered now. like Omnipotent not norse or greek like thor and Herc. Spawn can just take away whatever power solar has and smash him like a roach.

Spawns brought about the destruction of the entire multiverse and put it back together. Even with a limiter at 9-9-9-9 Spawn is Like Dr. Manhattan, with a power meter. (except he cant forsee the future) and can just turn solar back to a normal being. but spawns not like that. no. he'd probably try and beat him with physical means first.

@nickthedevil: What's to elaborate ? On one side we got a guy who destroyed and created universes as well as a whole multiverse;survided the destruction of universes and multiverses and who can pretty much do anything. On the other side we got one guy whose best feat is to recreate ONE universe and who never showed capabale of survive the destreuction of a universe let alone an entire multiverse.So until Spawn proves he can resist a multiverse buster AND that he is capable to bust one himself;I say he cannot do anything to even remotly endanger Solar.
