Spawn VS Sinestro

Spawn and The Black Lanterns would make a good story - Spawn cannot be killed with physical damage (plus he can heal) so using constructs would just waste energy. On the other hand Spawns magical powers functions on a similar level meaning that it will also run out. Sinestro's best option is to BFR but Spawn can teleport so it would have to be effective or Spawn wins.

I'm on team Spawn for this one as well, but it won't be easy for either side.
After defeating Sinestro, most of Spawn's magics were depleted leaving him vulnerable.  It is while in this vulnerable state that Spawn was defeated by.....

Sinestro would win.
