SPAWN vs Lady Death vs Mephisto

      The fight takes place in the Endless Graveyard and is to the death! Who wins? 

 So what happens is Lady Death comes home to here Endless Graveyard and finds SPAWN and Mephisto are already going at it. She could really careless except they are breaking all of here things, her room is thrashed like when her boy friend Thanos comes to visit except without the perk. So she grabs old Apocalypse (Her sword) off the wall and rides Nightmare (Her undead warhorse) to go kick some Hell spawn ass out of her domain. She sees that one of them has killed the namless hell hounds in the cross fire, so now she wants blood or plasma or what have you. What happens?

Divine Spawn is not in this battle...the OP said it was regular Spawn.

If this is regular Spawn, and LD's Endless Graveyard, I'd have to back Lady Death all the way.
