Wonderful input. It's funny that theres always someone to make sly remarks. Funnily enough I didn't get a chance to check every history of every forum post.

Not too sure about that, homie... The Penance Stare kills, doesn't it? Well, Spawn can't be killed unless his head is cut off by a heavenly weapon...

isn't the power of the ghost rider an entity from hell or something like that? spawn became greater than the god and devil of his universe so how could GH even with a penance stare beat that?

I agree, Ghost Rider did beat the devil, but has he become greater than both God and the devil?

That's an older version after he took some fruit thing. That's why I was asking which version.

Fair enough, I just don't think the penance stare would work on him and without that I'd put my money on spawn.

thats a little hard to understand on the one hand the stare stirps your soul ... but spwans soul was taken after agreeing to lead the armys of hell so spwan cant be "looked at" by the man that is both dead and on fire......

On the other hand as it has already been established several times, Spawn can only be killed by having his head removed.

I'm not even saying Ghost Rider couldn't do that, I'm sure he could but I doubt the stare would hold much effect for someone who has been to hell.
