@ThunderGodsWrath: As a huge spawn fan I doubt it guy. Classic Spawn nowhere near solos and got wrecked twice by a Cyborg called Overtkill.

Classic Spawn is street level. He didnt even understood or fully controled his powers yet and nowhere near the levels he was at the end of First Age.

Can spawn or cyborg counter TP? Psylocke is quite the telepath....

@CadenceV2: Is Spawn can take Psylocke down then the guys win. Black panther should beat cassandra cain due to his super human stats and his superior gear (teleporter, cloaking device force field, etc). I don't know much about either Buffy or Cyborg but from the little I do know cyborg should win due to durability. If Psylockes TP can be countered then another issue they have to deal with is her TK. I guess black panther can counter that with his teleporter? All though then again I think she can create powerful blasts as well. I don't know for certain but Psylocke is a huge issue. I don't even know if I am giving her enough credit as I am not knowledgeable on the character.

Buffy outrunning a bullet, even after giving it a head start:

Since it's classic spawn... Everyone gets one shorted by the power players (spawn and Buffy) then Buffy ultimately kills spawn. I'm assuming the scythe can kill spawn
