Spawn and Ghost Rider vs Dante, Vergil, Trish and Nero

This is basically just a one on one between Majin Devil Trigger Sparda wielding Dante and Ghost Rider. And I'm honestly not sure who wins between them. I don't believe the Penance Stare would do anything to Dante. But I'm unsure if Dante can find a way to bypass Ghost Rider's regeneration.

If this counts for anything, Dante easily one shotted a demonic amalgamation that was far more powerful than the devil. And that was with less than a tenth of his full power, as he didn't even use DT for it, let alone the MDT.

Spawn at his strongest defeated Satan and God so I think he could take all three and Ghost Rider at his strongest could too I believe.

Spawn at his most powerful I'm fairly certain could solo this. And we've yet to see Ghost Rider's maximum potential (last I checked anyway) but he's no slouch. He can pretty much tank anything thrown at him and Spawn obliterates.

I may be wrong about this, but didn't Spawn at one point gain the power to recreate the world after he defeated heaven and hells army, God and Satan? Why Team DMC give him any trouble at all?
