Does Spawn have planetary level TP resistance?

There's various different versions of Al Simmons, so you should specify which one. However, I believe the majority of Spawn's versions could take Manhunter, so I'll say Al until further specifications are given.

Spawn all-around should give MM a more than great fight however that does depend on the version and which age is being discussed.

Oh yeah. He has world level empathy, able to feel all living things on the planet, and world level telepathy. Even froze time in the world just so all the voices in his head would stop for a second.

@sirfizzwhizz: That was Hell King Spawn. If OP used that version or Divine version this would be spite. Though I feel Divine Spawn before being killed by Judas would be a good fight. If I'm remembering the events correctly.

Wrong Hell King Spawn was only in two issues, and that was when he only accepted Hells Crown with his battle with Violator (trying to take 8th level for himself) in Hell. He was not Hell King till then. Big misconception in the Battle Forums.

Spawn can be harm, but cannot be killed unless he runs out of Necro Energy, or Decapitated by a holy weapon. However, there is many versions of Spawn where he gains a inherent weakness from time to time as well through comics. Example, he had a human body once, alive, and was easier to harm and kill at one time.

@darthaznable: He's likely stronger on average (although with Spawn's ability to amp his physicals that could be debated) but Spawn is supremely more versatile between his necromagic, TP/TK, Leetha, and just being so damn hard to kill.

I don't think this fight is going to be decided with physical prowess personally.

Real qiuck, by Pre death, you mean the weaker 3rd Age?

Most of his power was Second Age when he possess the Green, and Legion, the tools needed for his great power. Pre Armegedon Spawn.
