Spawn (1st age) vs Deathstroke (New 52)

Location: Fight takes place in a alley in New York.

Both have morals off and are bloodlusted.

Rules: Random encounter (both are underestimating each other). Spawn is not allowed to regenerate, magic, or help from his suit; he must use "pure" skill to defeat DS. The fight must end in death or KO.

Equipment: DS has his standard equipment. Spawn has 2 SMGs, a laser gun, and a samurai sword.

So..this is basically Al Simmons vs Deathstroke.

I think Deathstroke can pull a majority due to the limits in the BIO
