Spartans (halo) vs comics team

Spartans:

Master chief

Noble 6

Jorge

Emile

All Spartans have SPI armour (what most spartan 3a wear). They are armed with assault rifles (5 clips each) pistols (3 clips each) a combat knife and Jorge has his machine gun.

VS

Comics team:

Deathstroke (pre 52)

Deadshot

Punisher

Nightwing

Winter soldier

Captain America

Deadpool (no healing factor)

Fight takes place in an abandoned warehouse with plenty of cover and is several stories high allowing for flanking and better tactics to be used. The fight can go outside.

All comic characters have their regular equipment.

Both sides have very basic knowledge of each other.

Pleas give reasons and not just one word answers.

Side info: although the majority of the Spartans are spartan 3s (other than master chief and Jorge) they have the exact same abilitys and stats as spartan 2a, this is because all the members of noble team had near perfect genes (exactly how a spartan 2 would have been chosen) and have the same equipment as spartan 2s

Bonus round: both teams join together to fight ironman and war machine, who wins and why?

@thedailybagel: Hmm. Well they stomp because there isn't much Team 2 can do to their armour. So maybe if you took their armour away.

@monsterstomp: ordinary bullets can get through, I made it so that their shields can't recharge to make it fairer.

Any characters in mind that could even it up?

Why nerf Deadpool when he'd have to be one of the characters pulling the weight here? Spartans take this due to their armor and weapons. Regular bullets can't get through the Titanium Alloy exoskeleton..

Don't the Spartans react/move faster than normal people as well so this does seem way to one sided for team 1

I'm a HUGE Marvel/Captain America fan....and the Spartans take this.

Spartans stomp they are super human with the armour and are capable as any of the comic characters in H2H and weapons combat

Why would they need to kill him? Now even one stray bullet can take Wade out..

@juiceboks: without a clear headshot (or any other accurate shot) he'd heal pretty quickly. And I changed it so that Spartans have SPI armour.

Team Spartans terminate with extreme prejudice.

Bonus round? Hmmm.... Starks flight and maneuverability is a huge advantage, but still leaning towards Team Spartan/Comics ftw in that one.
