I think Spartan has a shot here to win... but Green Lantern Kyle Rayner could really give Spartan a hell of a fight

Kyle doesnt have his Ion Power anymore... the ION power is bestowed upon Green Lanterns like Kyle Rayner and Sodom Yat. Its basically the embodiment of Willpower itself. It grants greater power than the regular Green Lantern ring... the Original ION power granted a person the power the power of a God
