I think giving them an Imperial Knight is overkill those things are described as being Light-Titans heck they even have a version of a standard Titan's Void Shield and no Alien is getting through that especially as those things allow Knights to shrug off 40k anti-tank weaponry such as lascannons and the like. Remove the Imperial Knight and chuck in a few more Space Marines to compensate then you have a fight. I would probably even go with the Aliens here for the simple reason that the Aliens outnumber them by too much. Tyranid guants can take down Marines if the numbers are high enough as if they land enough blows they can get in lucky hits to the Marine's weakspots.

However as it stands the Imperial Knight goes on a complete rampage while the Marines sit back and debate whether to help or not.

Lasguns on space marines? Lasgun is not a default weapon of marines, bolter is. Imperial Guard uses it as default.

Marines butcher their way to the queen in short order. Kill her then go out to fight Tyranids because the Aliens bored them.

Still the gear you gave them... I am not sure how familiar you are with 40k.

The Space Marines:

Lasguns are used by the Imperial Guard. They are never used by Space Marines who use Bolters as their main weapon.

The difference between the two is Lasguns cause unarmored flesh to explode like an over-ripe tomato, but don't cause as much damage to armored foes. A bolter fires a .75 (Closer to a 20mm grenade then a .50 caliber round) caliber self-propelled diamantine(Or adamantine depending on the Codex and novel) tipped rocket that explodes after penetration.

Moving on to Terminators:

They do not have heavy bolters. Their machine guns are Assault cannons. They do have a handheld fast firing weapon called a stormbolter. A stormbolter is, pretty much, two bolters together. A heavy bolter fires larger rounds (1.00 caliber) then a stormbolter but is far heavier.

They do not use flamers, they use Heavy Flamers which are vastly superior and will cut swaths through the Aliens. They do not use Heavy Flamers and a Stormbolter/AAssault cannons together. Generally, they have one of those and a power-fist.

Imperial Knight:

Giving it a lascannon is a terrible choice. While it will annihilate any alien in front of it (And all those behind it), the Lascannon is more akin to a 'sniper rifle' not suitable for masses. A multi-barrel Autocannon would be far superior.

None of the aliens, not even the queen, are going to be tanking shots from any of the Imperial Knights weaponry, a Lascannon would be a way, way, way overkill.
