They'll be taking significant losses from round 2 and up. I say stop at 4 considering they would have lost over half their guys prior to the fight.

@army2442: I like these 40K threads you keep making :) I wouldn't mind seeing you do a thread with the Chaos Gods.

Getting on topic, I think the Space Marines stop at rounds 4 or 5 due to sheer numbers.

Still, I stand by what I said in the last multiple threads. You give 40k people the oddest weapon choices.

Why heavy bolters? Why not just normal bolters? (Heavy bolters are two handed, make the space marine move slow, and giving the entire unit it is just a bad idea as it cuts down maneuverability when they are so outnumbered.)

Why Flamers for the Centurions? On that note, why are there 5 Centurions but only 1 Terminator?

Why do the Rhinos have Lascannons? A Razorback can have lascannons. A normal Rhino? No.

Why in the world does the terminator have a chainsword? Did his chapter go broke and couldn't spring for a chainfist, powersword, or powerfist?

Anyways, they get to about round 5. They do not stop because Shield/Hydra agents are better, but because by this point they should have taken enough casualties to get beaten by raw numbers.

Pretty much this.
