Honestly, if we are to assume those Watcher = Watchers from 616, Hulk from reality 12091 should be good enough match for a fed Galactus, and just to throw it out there, Watcher were said to be all powerful even in the story arc.

I think I can tell what Hulk's missing that's making him so angry...
