Adam or Thanos is not omnipotent, not even Soulfire is, he is just near omnipotent.

Soul fire darkseid owns this easily.

Darkseid should win here in a random encounter. But he's no where close to being omnipotent. Even with the Soulfire.

@beware_my_power: that was the Death of New Gods version of the Source, that version, although powerful, is far below Lucifer, much less Michael. But here, Darkseid still stomps.
