This is against the rules as Thor has never used the Soul Gem.

Not sure what he could do with 2 days prep.

RKT, or any Thor for that matter, has never used the Soul Gem, so we don't know. They have, however, used the Power Gem before.

Soulfire Darkseid stalemated or defeated the Source (not sure which, my memory is a bit fuzzy on that one). Either outcome would mean he's above RKT.

Don't know who is exactly Soulfire Darkseid, but we haven't seen the best of RKT... If he uses the Power Gem as Thanos can, then he would wish himself to be infinitely powerful (aka omnipotence), he already has omniscience and Rune Magic doesn't seems to be any joke, btw he has more control over the OF (TF) than Odin ever had, so all put together, if Darkseid is as powerful as everyone is making him to be, feat-wise the edge is in his hands, but we didn't really saw what RKT alone can do, let aside the true potential of Rune Magic or OF, let aside him wishing himself to have infinite power and strenght with the Power Gem. With all his knowledge and his merging with the universe, he has to have many ways to control vast cosmical powers as well.

For those reasons my vote is with RKT, bc we don't know his true potential...

Feat-wise, Darkseid tho... seemingly.
