All he has is his agility , besides that arnie outclasses him in everything durability , strength etc .
In iRobot sonny got hurt by a conventional weapon , future weapons yes but i wouldnt say those were a far cry from current modern day firearms which have hardly any effect on the terminator .
All arnie needs to do is get his hands on him and that will be the end of Sonny mainly since arnie will be his superior in H2H too , im saying this because im assuming they are not using weapons since it is not stated in the OP ...... even if they are using weapons arnie will take the win here .
One must also bear in mind that Arnold the T800 terminator was built for the sole purpose of ending human life(And fellow terminators when the occasion arises) whereas Sonny was built for household tasks of cooking ,cleaning and being a servant to mankind .
Terminator little Sonny has no chance really it takes like 5 guns fully loaded to take down Terminator while it takes like 3 pistols to take down Sonny
Think of it likes this. Will Smith was able to fight some of and even and kill (at least one as I recall) other NS-5 robots (same model as Sonny, although Sonny has higher brain function allowing him to think "more like human" and disobey the 3 laws and a somewhat denser alloy than other NS-5s) in h2h combat with just ONE bionic arm.

I can use the most powerfull version right ? The one from T-Salvation.
The T-800 from there was able to take multiple granedes to the chest with no damage. Just wach that part where t-800 is after John and you will se that Sonny has 0 chanses to even damage the t-800.
the t-800 would rip sonny to pieces, by far the stronger and more duarable of the two and its designed to eliminate targets where as Sonny isn't , targeting computer and use of military tactics stored in its artifical mind make this fight far to easy for Arnie. This is isnt even including the fact that the arnie model has defeated terminators with liquid parts meaning they have flexabilty which is off the charts in comparisiojn to a rigid structure.
