Some cool Marvel vs. DC matchups

Friend and I were having a discussion like this and I just want to know whho everyone thinks would win in these Marvel vs. DC fights. Comment on all or any of them, I don't mind. So, in UCBFC (Ultimate Comic Book Fighting Championships!), tonight's matchups are... Sandman vs. Clayface / The Mandarin vs. Ra's al Ghul / Daredevil vs. Nightwing (personally I think this'd be the best fight to watch) / Spider-Man vs. Batman / Green Goblin vs. Joker / The Leader vs. The Riddler / Superman vs. Thor / Bullseye vs. Deadshot / The Avengers vs. Justice League (tag team like in WWE, you decide who'd be the starting fighter and who'd tag in who) / The Sinister Six vs. The Secret Society of Super Villains (as above) / Elektra vs. Talia al Ghul / Iceman vs. Mr Freeze / Black Cat vs. Catwoman / Bucky vs (Red) Robin / Kingpin vs. Bane / Hulk vs. Solomon Grundy / Comment, and let me know if there are any more/any edits that should or could be made to the list.

How many times do we have to point out how horrible a mismatch Joker vs Green Goblin is?

I think alot of these fighs are mismatched, but Daredevil vs Nightwing does sound like a good one
